can anyone recommend a good hotel on the beach in Bali (Seminyak) that is less than $400?

Two years ago in Fiji I met a couple who liked the villa they rented in Bali. When I saw your question I remembered that conversation and I tried to find it on google and could not spell it with success but now I have found it:  http://bermimpibalivilla.com/portfolio/rates-sari-temuku/.
