Input Re 2 Russian Tour Operators?

Hello,

I wonder if any of you have used these 2 tour operators in Russia.   1.  Red October  2.  East-West Tours.   I am having determining which one I should use.   The price difference between the two is phenomenal.   Wondering if I am comparing apples to apples or apples to lemons.

Any help or maybe a lead of another operator would be greatly appreciated.

I have used the 1st one for the past few years without any issues.

STAR is active in India and i have met them personally although slightly more expensive than Russian Fair.
