Where is the best place in Cuba to go on an all inclusive?

Hello, Etta! Do you mean what parts of Cuba or what resorts in particular?  There are two main areas for all-inclusives, Varadero and Cayo Coco. As for the properties, it depends on what you're looking for - there are ultra luxe and more standard-level.
