Dear Daisy

It was a pleasure to meet you and visit with you at our dinner in Beijing, on the last evening of our tour of China.

Speaking for my entire group, our 12-day tour through was wonderful, thanks mainly to the arrangements made by HEE Travel.  Every aspect of the trip was perfect - the hotels, restaurants, food selections, entertainment, itinerary and schedule, airline arrangements, bus transportation, etc.  We found the hotels, restaurants and buses that were provided to be first class.  

The best and most impressive aspect of our trip was the great tour guides that you arranged.  They made the tour especially enjoyable and memorable.  Every one of them was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accommodating, and had very good English.  We did not feel hurried and we also felt like there was nothing that we would leave out of our tour.  The timing of some of our tours were modified slightly by our guides in real time, to our advantage.  We saw the highlights of each city without waiting or being stuck in traffic for long periods.  The schedules that they arranged for us in each city were perfect.

Since I do not have their e-mail addresses, could you do please do me the favor of forwarding this message to all of them? 

Nancy and I also enjoyed working with HEE Travel through our travel agent, Ann-Lois Ballon.  She was great in helping us to develop our somewhat customized and complicated arrangements with HEE Travel for our tour.

Dear Jeff,Jeff and Poonam

This is Mrs Shah (Bharti ) reporting from Montreal. I wanted to thank all three of you and congratulate for making our trip very enjoyable.  It was very well planned and very comfortable. Land tour was fantastic with all sight seeing, food was very accommodative for vegetarians and accommodation was out of this world.  We really enjoyed it thoroughly.  Health wise we were all okay.  No major illness we were very well looked after and also thanks to Sureebhai and Zebu for including us in the trip. Zebu played a major roll in organizing. We appreciate and will recommend our friends too.

The river cruise was great and a different experience.  We got personal attention in the dinning room and food was very good for vegetarian. Cruise staff was great all round and very smiley faces.

Hee Travel personal in each place where transport was needed were great and very helpful. I tried to call all 3 of you but only could talk to Poonam.  Please make sure Poonam also gets this e-mail.

The trip was wonderful and was literally packed:  I don’t think anything else could have been included in that time frame.  Our only complaint to Daisy was that we were getting too much food!  I gained weight although I was definitely getting a lot of exercise with the walking and stairs (going up the hills).  Xian and Chongqong  (sp?) were our favorite places on this trip.  The guides were great especially

In Xian and Beijing:  it is not an easy job.  I can’t imagine how they ever manage a large number of people!  It is similar to trying herd a bunch of cats!  But they were great.

Daisy was talking about a tour of museums and art, which sounds great and I assume would include the Silk Road.  Incidentally, we really enjoyed getting to the museum in Taipei as well as seeing our

Chinese old friends and family in—we had not seen their grandchildren before.

Now, when will you get to the National Palace Museum and the Silk Road?  Will I get to the Silk Road before you?  I fear you will—it is not so easy but it really would be a great trip!

Well, we’re in Shanghai now. Flew in yesterday morning. Had a tour of the city from the bus, then went up to Pearl Tower to view the city from the top! Had a lovely Chinese dinner at a huge round table with a monsterous glass lazy susan and so very many dishes. We finally had to tell them to quit bringing them out! Our tour guide is excellent. He turned our tour schedule around a bit because today is the beginning of their national holiday and the lines and traffic will be bad. This hotel is not to be believed. We’ve never stayed in one to equal this. TV at the bathtub, remote control draperies, glass screen between bedroom and bath that is opaque until you press the button and it becomes clear! Huge ceiling rain shower head, etc. etc!!! We are all gaining a lot of weight. Hope you will all email us with your news. I feel too far away from you all.

Your tour went very well.

We did indeed change things around, as my daughter was studying in Beijing, so we needed to work around her schedule. We saw all the sights I was interested in, despite of some heavy rain. We did not do any of the meals. We arranged for two meals, but our timing did not allow this to work out. This was no fault of your company.

Our driver was very good and professional. Our guide Ming, was exceptional. Her English and knowledge were both superb. We look forward to going back to China, and using your company again.

Thank you soooo much for such an amazing trip. I will never forget it. I felt fine when I got home, but then jet lag set in & I threw up. Now I'm getting getting back to myself. I will post a nice comment on your site from Hee Travel, & will send you the photos & have a video made for you, but it will take me a few weeks, as I have no more room for photos on my computer & had to buy a hard drive to transfer all of photos off my computer to fit the new ones on here (I still have to figure out how to use the hard drive), then I have to crop all of them. When I have this accomplished, I will also send many of the photos around to my clients & friends & ask them to send it around to their friends/business associates so they an see how wonderful your tours are. Will e-mail u as soon as I get everything together, but as I said, it will take a few weeks.
