ISO Guam hotels that are decent, reasonable & close to the beach

Hello,

My friend and I are looking at Guam to escape the Japan winter. The airline tickets are reasonable however I've been having a hard time finding a decent hotel that wouldn't cost me and arm and a leg. By decent I mean clean rooms, no rusting, peeling, and I need good house keeping. Bonuses would be close proximity to the beach and shopping.

If anyone can help, I would be eternally greatful.

Hi Ms. Palmer: As with any other resort destination, the cost of hotel rooms will differ from month to month, season to season. it would help a lot of we knew when you are planning on visiting Guam and for how long. As an alternative, have you thought of visiting Saipan?
