Hi all,
i am a member of a group of 7 friends (approx age 23 years old), going onto a holiday to Rome. We are going to stay in an apartment close to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.

We arrive on thursday  9th Decemeber at 6pm and leave the following monday in the morning.
Where do you suggest that we go on thursday night?...any piazza's in the vicinity?.

Is it better to buy the romapass the night we arrive to avoid the hassle in the morning?

I've never been to rome, where do suggest that we should visit besides the colosseum, during the day?

Does every museum opens on a Sunday there in Rome?
Is there any nightlife in rome, maybe some clubs that we could visit?

Thanks in advance

Andrea

you actually are in one of Rome's biggest piazza!

there are hundreds of things to see in Rome. Hard to say which one if you don't state what kind of things you like....

All museums and monuments are open on Sunday. Private galleries are usually closed.

Of course there is night life! Go the Testaccio area and you'll find plenty of clubs

Rome is filled with many attractions so don't limit yourself to one of two. IMO city walk is a good option, by this you can explore the Rome past and present and also taste some good & delicious meals in local Italy restaurants.

Have a comfortable stay in Luray VA Accommodations
Thanks BuzzunRome and Peter Parker for your comments..

We are mostly looking for the old architectural/sculptural attractions in Rome together with a few museums.

Any live activities that me be going on between the 9th and 13th December?

Where do you suggest that we visit in the evening? Fountains would be a one of our options probably..
