We will be in Hanoi in April and are looking for a 1 day trip (8 hours) into mountains/ country-side.

We would like to mingle with some ethnic minority groups, do some walking and experience local cuisine.

Any suggestions for a good tour company?.

We are coming off an 8 day Intrepid Travel trip.

Anywhere reasonable for jogging and what would you suggest- one wears for running?

I have been told shorts and tanks are a no go!
