Well I can't tell you the 10 best, but Jonny Cay just offshore the Colombian (Caribbean) island of San Andres must be in the top 10 if it qualifies (it belongs to Colombia but is in the Caribbean). A spectacular wonderful swimming beach.

I loved the Rosario Islands, off the coast of Colombia. Very tranquil, picturesque, and excellent snorkeling.
