Airline search engine wanted

I'm looking for an airline search engine that will search on two specific criteria: a) lowest fares and b) origination city/airport.  

Essentially what I'm looking for would allow me to see all the bargain airfares from Cleveland to anywhere else.  I would like to put in, for example "show me all airfares under $125 roundtrip/oneway to anywhere else" and see what pop's up. 

Has anyone ever seen such a search engine?

Thanks, but, I don't think so. Unless I'm missing something, in both cases I am required to enter a destination city before they will let me search.

I want a search engine that will show me all the cities I could fly to for under $75 for example. I don't want to have to enter city by city to get my information.

Is there a way around that, which I'm missing?

Ask Johnny Jet.  He had a site that had a map that showed all the destinations and airlines from a city, but I don't think it had current prices on the same site.

Hi Doug ... go to www.traveljunkies.com and enter flights in the Search Box.
This will give you the list of cheap flight companies and direct links to their websites.
Not saying they meet your specific needs but it might be a good place to start looking.

Again, thanks but no luck. Neither Johnny Jet or TravelJunkies could locate any flights without plugging in a certain destination city.
