When visiting the beaches in Narragansett this summer, be sure to visit Red Stripe. Great food prepared by 4-star chef Jaime D'Oliveria of Mills Tavern fame. Live music from 4-7pm beginning on June 18th. $1.00 oysters at the bar!

In 1790 George Washington wrote to the rabbi of Touro Synagogue, saying that mere toleration of religious minorities isn't good enough. Who knew?
