Manaslu Trekcould do just Camping organize trip last three years ago but there is basic Teahouse entire trip now a days. Mostly, you will stay in Lodge and having food same place (Dhal Bhat=main Nepali food, Fried rice, Bread, Boiled and fried eggs, Potato, Noodles, porridge, tea coffee tec.) But if you visit Tsum Valley area, this is home stay trip (where you can have the food there at someone house and provide accommodation). If you have time, I would like recommend you Tsum Valley too; which is itself restricted area and open since 2008. This trip is combination of cultural and religious, which is a unique trip among numbers trekking trail of the Nepal.

First of all I would like to inform you, for the Manaslu Circuit Trek, you need minimum 2 people in a Group, which you already have. And as this is a restricted area trip, you need 3 different permits:
[I] MCAP (Manaslu Conservation Area Project) Trekking,
[II] ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) permits,
[III] Manaslu Restricted Area Trekking Permit
While organizing those permits, the immigration office asking for your Nepal visa which must be validate entire trip and original passport with 5 copy of PP Size pictures each of you. To make those permits, it takes almost whole one day to make different office.
16 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek Suggested Itinerary
: Arrive in Kathmandu
: Trekking preparation day, for the next day trekking starting. (Permit and paper work and Guide introduction).
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazaar (535m) -8 to 9 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse/ hotel
Day 02: Trek Arughat to Soti Khola (720m) -6 to 7 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse
Day 03: Trek Soti Khola to Machha Khola (930m) -6 to 7 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse
Day 04: Trek Machha Khola to Thulo Dhunga (1,250m) -6 to7 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse
Day 05: Trek Tholu Dhunga to Philim (1,570 m) -5 to 6 Hours stay at Teahouse (enter in Restricted Area Trekking at Jagat)
Day 06: Trek Philim to Pewa (1765m) - 8 to 9 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 07: Trek Pewa to Ghap (2165m) - 5 to 6 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 08: Trek Ghap to Lho (3180m) 5 to 6 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 09: Trek Lho to Sama Gaon (3525m) - 5 to 6 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 10: Explore day in Sama Gaon for acclimatization stay, may visit Manaslu Base Camp and come back same place. Overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 11: Trek Sama Gaun to Samdo (3850m) - 4 to 5 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse or home stay
Day 12: Trek Samdo to Dharamsala High Camp (Larkya Phedi) (4460m) - 5 to 6 Hours stay overnight at tented camp
Day 13: Trek Larkey Phadi to via Larkya La (4930m) to Bimtang (3590m) - 7 to 8 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse
Day 14: Trek Bimtang to Tilje (2300m) - 6 to 7 Hours stay overnight at Teahouse
Day 15: Trek Tilje to Chyamje (1430m) - 5 to 6 hours walk stay overnight at Teahouse stay overnight at Tea House (End Restricted Area and enter in Annapurna main Trekking Trail)
(Note: From where now days you may drive to Besisahar by jeep or keep on your trip through classical trekking trail.)
Day 16: Drive Chyamje to Besisahar (825m)-2to 3 hours and again Drive Besisahar to Kathmandu -5 to 6 hours (then your own destination or Visit somewhere as your interest).
Note: (if you wish to make any changes during the trek, you can discuss this with your guide. The itinerary is quite flexible.
