About Randonnée Tours
Randonnée brings you an exceptional line of self-guided active vacations in Canada, the United States and Europe. We've been North America's leading specialist in self-guided active tours since 1990.
Why Randonnée?
Our tours are meticulously designed and superbly operated, by us. We hand-pick your inns and B&Bs. We provide route instructions that are detailed, accurate and full of tips and insights. And we love to be innovative: our unique Drive & Stroll tours and Short Escape programs give further options for those who wish to travel this way.
Tailored for you
Seek a balance between the freedom of traveling on your own and the support of a guided tour. Travel at your own pace; let us take care of the details. Randonnée offers choice and flexibility. Choose the number of days of trip length, and the number of miles. No other company delivers as much self-guided variety and quality...
Accommodations:
We know the right place when we see it! Our customers deserve the best, and no matter where you travel, our luxurious accommodations ~ the inns, chateaux, bed and breakfasts, hotels and lodges ~ are hand-picked and often family-run. We invite you to take a look at some of our welcoming Accommodations when you browse By Activity or By Destination.
Support:
Our self-guided tours provide behind-the-scenes support to your journey. Luggage forwarding is always provided. If you have problems, help is always a phone call away.
Route-finding:
We supply you with detailed maps and route instructions including interesting side-trips, historical notes, plus contact phone numbers. Choose your own pace, and where and when to rest.
Activity:
Our walking and cycling tours are for active adults with a moderate level of fitness. Talk to us about the difficulty of each tour. For very fit cyclists we offer add-on hills and distance!
The Bikes:
No need to box your bike, and no extra rental fee! We provide the best - including TREK and Cannondale 21-speed hybrid bicycles fully-equipped with handlebar bags, pump and repair kit.

I got a message from Tripatini that you had posted a note about looking for a freelance writer, but when I clicked on the link, it appeared the post was gone. If you're still looking, please feel free to get in touch. I work with a number of travel businesses as a copywriter and editor in addition to writing about travel as a journalist. My website is www.annikahipple.com.
Even if you're no longer looking for a writer, I'd love to know more about your business and the tours you operate.
Thanks,
Annika
To get the most out of Tripatini, we recommend you take a moment to join several other of our many groups which you may find of particular use, such as Tour Operators/Suppliers; Biking/Mountain Biking; France; Canada; Eco/Sustainable Tourism; Eating/Drinking the World; our French language/culture club; and plenty of others covering many other topics and most destinations across the globe. We do, however, reserve the Media Only group for media only.
FYI, on your profile you'll see a green bar marked "Text Box," which you can turn into a box containing not just text but also photos and even videos about yourself, your travels, tour company, other work/activities, and more. Feel free to include your URL in your profile.
Finally, if you would, please be so kind as to spread the word among your travel-interested friends, family, colleagues, associates, and clients. It's fast and easy to use our "INVITE" function above left on the navigation bar to enter e-mails (even your whole list at once!). Finally, please join our Facebook fan page and follow us on Twitter (see front page info box); we'll be happy to reciprocate!
Thanks much for joining us; we wish you an outstanding rest of 2010, and it goes without saying that we look forward to seeing you online.
Cheers!
