A veteran columnist for the likes of "the Boston Globe," "Arena," "Elle," "FHM," "Vogue Australia," and "Travel & Leisure," his adventures have taken him across six continents, and include piloting a boat down the Amazon, fleeing an angry mob in Togo, hitchhiking across Australia, bungee jumping off Africa's largest bridge, bicycling across Cuba, and surviving an attempted coup in Haiti.
