2016 Tusk Wildlife Gala

Join us for this year's Tusk Wildlife Gala in NYC! Our celebration will take place at historic Guastavino’s, a New York City landmark at 409 E 59th St. Tusk is dedicated to working with local partners to protect wildlife while mitigating poverty and providing educational opportunities throughout Africa. This dedicated team of filmmakers set out on a mission to expose how the ivory trade is funding some of Africa’s most notorious militias and terrorist groups. The film exposes the devastating effects of the illegal wildlife trade — now the fourth largest criminal industry after drugs, arms and human trafficking – but also raises awareness of the current poaching crisis and its global implications.
