The southern slopes of the volcanic mountains in northern Tanzania offers the best climatic conditions for cultivating coffee and banana because of the fertile soil and water availability. So the local people around these areas grow coffee as their main source of income; we will be visiting a local family who will take us through the process of preparing coffee from the berries harvested up to a freshly brewed cup of organic coffee served to you. Thereafter, we will take a nature walk through the coffee farms to the waterfalls.
