Dzongri is the famous short trek in Sikkim which starts at Yuksom and finally ends in Yuksom with in a very short period of time.It is lying at an altitude of 3950m the trek stretches from Yuksom till Dzongri and even leads to Goecha La.
The Dzongri trek is famous for its short high altitude trekking destination in Sikkim .The shortest medium of Goechala Trek is Dzongri. The best season for trekking in Dzongri is from March till June and From August till November.
Dzongri la view point is the best spot for a spectacular view of the mountain and its ranges.Most of the tourist visit Dzongri for trekking expedition with in very shorter period of time.
This trekking route offers the true joy of trekking and provides an opportunity of excellent mountain views of the Mt. Pandim and Kanchenjunga.

Yuksom is the starting point for treks to Dzongri. The trek to Dzongri is among the tougher ones in Sikkim.The center of attraction of course remain the Kanchenjunga.
