How to Plan the Perfect Galápagos Honeymoon Trip

Your honeymoon is your first chance to get away as a married couple. It is often a welcome period of rest after the long months of wedding planning. It is a bit cooler and may not be as comfortable for beachgoers yet it is the best time of the year for divers. As with most tropical locations, there is a rainy season. This lasts from December through May. The rainy season in the Galapagos Islands, however is usually mild, with storms only lasting a portion of the day. The water temperature is much more enjoyable this time of year, as well, making Galapagos tours more enjoyable. Look out for turtle nests and sea lion births during this time, as well. The islands are coming alive in true spring fashion.

 

The Galapagos Islands are a exotic location ideal for a romantic travel. They have everything a storybook honeymoon is made of. The beautiful beaches, exotic wildlife and interesting history, however, may keep you out and about instead of in your honeymoon suite.
