Best Trekking Season

It depends on traveler choice, autumn (september-december) and spring (march-may) are the best seasons for Gosaikunda Trek. In these seasons, you get clear blue and all the surrounding mountains, equally attractive with flowers, fauna and full of greenery landscape. Magnolia, Rhododendron and other flowers on the way help to add beauty to this trek. However, during monsoon and winter is equally challenging for trekking even you experienced or just a beginner. Accommodation

Accommodation is available in simple to medium level lodges not like Kathmandu city. But they provide basic facilities like a bed with; blankets, a pillow etc. Some of the hotels have rooms with attached bathrooms with hot showers but commonly they have sharing bathrooms.

Langtang gosaikunda lake trek is not a risk to travel according to high altitude sickness or Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). The maximum height is 4,380m/14,632ft of gosaikunda that is the highest place for accommodation. Gosaikunda trek is higher than the Langtang valley trek.
