[Hotel Mocking Bird Hill]

It has been pouring with rain- for days. Looking at the satellite imagery it looks like there isn't a ray of sunshine anywhere in the Caribbean. The good part is that we are harvesting lots and lots of rainwater and all our tanks are filling up which makes us feel really good. The water is treated with two filters and ultra violet light and the drinking water is treated further with reverse osmosis. The water is so soft and tastes wonderful with no nasty chlorine taste. The coffee machine loves it as well as there is no scale to mess it up.
