Sandakphu is a wonderland for the trekkers.The peak is located at the edge of the Singalila National Park.From Sandakphu, the best view of the mountain Kangchenjunga is possible.
You can see four of the five highest peaks of the world including Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, and Lhotse, along with Three Sisters and many other peaks of Nepal, Sikkim, Tibet and Bhutan in one single stretch of snow when you stand on the grounds of Sandakphu.
It starts from the peak of Kumbhakarna and then is followed by Kanchenjunga and Simvo on the back most line.Below Kanchenjunga, there are several peaks are Koktang, Rathong, Frey, South Kabru, North Kabru, Kabru Forked, Goecha and then the ridge line of Pandim just ahead of Simvo.
