University Plaza Hotel is providing a new up-“scale” complimentary service. Guests can have a live goldfish in the room during their stay. Ask for Chip, Flipper, Sparkle or Blondie when you check in.

“Our complimentary goldfish service has proven to be extremely popular, especially for people missing their pets,” said Robert Henley, in a press release. “Guests comment that they find the goldfish calming, even entertaining,” Henley is general manager at the hotel.

Hotel staff will deliver the fish to the room, feed and care for it. All you have to do is enjoy the company.
 The colorful and quiet goldfish guests can be your roommate, based on availability.

New packages include Urban Escape, Fun Zone Getaway, Romantic Getaway, Dinner and a Movie.
