Maybe you can live aboard, even for a night or two. Image spending the night aboard a sailboat, houseboat, former tug boat or a private motor yacht. Whether you call them a “boatel”, “dockside accommodations”,” boat and bed”, “bed and breakfast afloat”, they all have the same thing in common – they offer tourists and business travellers the opportunity to experience life on the water’s edge, to be gentle rocked to sleep. Some offer the harbour cruises where others due to regulatory restrictions remain dockside.
