About Placeses

Bosphorus Bridge; The Bosporus or Bosphorus also known as the Istanbul Strait (Turkish: Ýstanbul Boðazý), is a strait that forms the boundary between the European part (Thrace) of Turkey and its Asian part (Anatolia). It is one of the Turkish Straits, along with the Dardanelles. The world's narrowest strait used for international navigation, it connects the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara (which is connected by the Dardanelles to the Aegean Sea, and thereby to the Mediterranean Sea). An amazing cruise between the two continents, EUROPA and ASIA, along the Bosphorus by the Dolmabahce and Beylerbeyi Palaces, wooden villas and mansions up to the Rumeli Fortress near the Black Sea.

Beylerbeyi Place; The summer residence of Ottoman Sultans with its original furniture and magnificent gardens with the HAREM on the ASIAN SIDE.

Camlica Hill; The highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional style.

Shopping; Exhibits the traditional silk weaving girls at the carpet weaving courses authorized by the Ministry of National Education Possibility to see jewellery, handicraft center and leatherware show. Free time provided for shopping.

Chora Church; The Church of St. Savior in Chora is considered to be one of the most beautiful examples of a Byzantine church. The church is situated in the western, Edirnekapý district of Istanbul. In the 16th century, the church was converted into a mosque by the Ottoman rulers, and it became a secularised museum in 1948. The interior of the building is covered with fine mosaics and frescoes

I just returned home after my Anzac Day in Turkey, marking the 95th Anniversary of the Anzac Day memorial services at Gallipoli, Turkey.I would like to make a special thanks to everyone at Turkey for their efforts in putting together the tours for us .I have been to Gallipoli for an Anzac Day service before, this time my first trial in ;Turkey, Their value for money packages far exceed the quality and level of service we experienced on other tours especially the way our guide handled our bus at Anzac Cove when the New Zealand president decided http://www.privatetoursinistanbul.com make a private tour of the museums. The food at the barbeque was nice and fresh, but the venue is a little outdated. Me and my husband feel we are really lucky this year because we were provided an Anzac conference, a forum presented in a 5 star hotel in the centre of taksim, full of information about the history and significance of the event. The expert historians from New Zealand, Australia and Turkey were fantastic. Thank you for giving us an informative and well-rounded experience this year.
