As we drove through the winding roads, following the coast line all the way to Portofino, I had to say that the Italian Riviera lives up to its reputation.

Suddenly, the pace of life slows down and the glamour factor moves up a notch. Luxury yachts line the marina. Posh cars, with their equally posh owners, cruise by. The devil wear may wear Prada, but she’s not averse to the occasional Gucci accessory. It was a fabulously sunny day, which added to Portofino’s sparkle.
