Dominique Crenn & Her Creations - LUCE - InterContinental San Francisco

Dominique Crenn was awarded a Michelin Star for Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco. Dominique shows some of her creations. She uses Sous-Vide method of cooking for much of what is served at Luce.
