The Conch Shack on Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos

Fun, good food, good company and atmosphere at Da Conch Shack on Providenciales (PROVO) in the Turks & Caicos. The Tandem Tasters were there as judges. We tasted 80 dishes at the Conch Festival. Rough job, but someone has to do it.
