Opinions re Hotel La Barracuda in Torremolinos?

Once again we're off to Spain - OH has booked the Barracuda but it's getting mixed reviews on Trip Advisor. What's the real story? Is it gonna be Fawlty Towers?

Jill, it's hard to tell how to judge the reviews on TripAdvisor. They confuse more than enlighten. Why did you choose Torremolinos?

That's the thing - I didn't choose... the in-law's are there on hol's, and hubby thought it'd be a nice idea to join them, but in a different hotel. I'd rather be in Vigo, tbh :-)
