I haven't been to Bora Bora in more than a decade, so I can't talk about current prices. I can discuss the weather, though, because I went twice in the Nineties, both times during Easter Week. It's very warm that time of the year, going up to about 85 degrees each afternoon, and the weather is a mix of sun, clouds, and heavy downpours. The downpours don't last all day but they are heavy. People who live there told me that the weather I was getting was typical.

Hi Shanelle,

We will be very happy to assist you  to plan a  trip for yourself  or  your clients. Our office in Papeete can  customize   an exclusive experience . As for the  price, it depends what you ( they) would like. Bora Bora, of course is a very expensive destination and  because of its exclusivity it is not a destination for every budget, however we can work  some special pricing.

The weather is normally very warm,  sunny  and with  ( if any) showers usually passing in early morning leaving the balance of the day  with great sunny weather.

Let us know if we can  help. Cheers

Shannelle, where are they originating from?  I am on the east coast (NJ) and most couples will be spending at least $12,000 for a week, most likely more, but I usually have them in the more expensive properties.  It will depend on the resort.  Look for specials that will include both breakfast and dinner.   If they stay in Moorea part of the time it will save them some money.  As for the weather, mid-fall to early spring will be much more humid and rainy.  The temperature will be about the same year round, in the high 80s, low 90s, but the humidity will be higher in the rainy season.  If you would like help with planning, please let me know.  Mary

Hello Shannelle,

There are many types of accommodations and types of rooms to choose from.  I would suggest $6,000 for 2 round trip from Los Angeles.  That would at least include breakfast and round trip airport transfers.  If clients are on a budget, you would want to look for dinners as well because food is very high on these islands.  Moorea will be less.

Hi Shannelle,

It looks like you have gotten some good responses back..Are you traveling, or is this for clients? And, are you a travel agent, or are you looking to work with one?

The price range can vary so greatly depending on the quality of your hotel accommodations, and depending on what category room - of course a garden view at a 3 star will be lower than an overwater bungalow at a 5 star...And the range of $6000-12,000 is a good 'range', but it truly depends on what you (or your clients) are looking for.

If you need any assistance, I am also happy to help. I do have honeymooners traveling in April, they are going to both Moorea and Bora Bora and are getting a great deal..

Have a great day!

Best Regards,

Kristi Perera
