I will visit Paris in July and I would like to find markets that have organic, locally sourced produce. Suggestions?

My favorite OPEN organic market takes place each Sunday on the Bv. Raspail in the 6eme. Tout Paris goes there (well, not quite) but there's great people watching too. There are numerous "biologique" markets throughout the city. Enjoy!

I like the one at Bastille (Boulevard Richard Lenoir) but my favorite is in the 17th district, across from the Parc Monceau.
