I just checked out the Chocolate Atlas. You'll have a field day in Turkey!! Visit the spice bazaar in Istanbul - with an empty stomach- and sample about 30 varieties of Turkish Delight, not to mention the chocolate cakes, puddings etc. Are you looking for free accommodation?
