Worked in Oman 85-87 and my goodness! it certainly has changed quite a bit from those days!

10 years is a long period for change. Construction boom, quality education and information technology were already exposing the younger generation to the world outside. But Oman still maintains its openness and traditions.

Wow, that's pretty interesting, Indra. I'm sure it's changed a bit since 2000 but it would still be interesting to read your impressions and experiences!

Was in Oman for 5 years 1995-2000 and still think it is an unique country. Watching the videos make me take out my unfinished travelogue
