Culinary Academy is arranged in an exceptional unique interiors of the medieval Teutonic Castle. Join the classes led by his Culinary Academy which provides the ultimate experience in cooking.

Specially designed by Robert Gałazka this brief cooking course is really developed from the heart. Academy provides a rare opportunity to learn how to bake bread, make soup, bake green chicken and much more in accordance with the healthy benedictine standards.

All trainings and courses organized are top professional as arranged by Owner/Chef – A Culinary Arts Instructor and author of two booksellers. The NY-trained Chef always pays close attention to detail and in simple words can introduce anyone to the mystery of his profession and secrets of culinary arts. He had the privilege of working in NYC at Daniel Restaurant and Copacabana Club and other restaurants abroad. Enjoy an excellent meal and superb drink. Have a great fun together!

ITINERARY:

Pick up from one of the hotels in Gdansk/Gdynia or Sopot. Transfer in a modern and comfortable coach to Malbork Castle.

Meet and greet by the Chef.

Brief introduction to the plan.

Cooking classes with introduction and followed by degustation and joint meal in the restaurant (5 hours).

Night sightseeing of the castle with the tour guide dressed as

Farewell to Malbork Castle upon special request.

Return to the beforehand agreed location or overnight in Malbork hotel.

Meet up location: As agreed beforehand. The best time to start classes is 7:00 P.M.(high season) in wintertime they can start at 6:00 P.M. Therefore the tour starts preferable around 5:00 P.M.

 

End location: Back to the pick up place or as agreed beforehand.

 

Depending on the time of your tour there might be slight variation in the tour duration ( in winter time the weather conditions - heavy snow and local road conditions should be taken into consideration

THE PRICES INCLUDES:

Transfer to Malbork Castle and back. My services as your English speaking guide and interpreter . Private transportation in a modern and comfortable coach.Parking fee. Participation in the Academy and joint meal ( entree by yourself: bread, selection of meals and and cheses, wine and 2-course meal with Polish desert). Instruction materials.
