Virginia has countless places where you can celebrate with your friends. Here I like to mention some of them, hope you consider of them:

- Luray Caverns, VA

- Norfolk, VA

- Shenandoah Valley

- Virginia Beach

- Williamsburg

- Leesburg

- Assateague and Chincoteague (Islands)

No brainer. I'd party in Charlottesville or Richmond but make sure the universities aren't on their own spring breaks when your there.

If this is for Spring Break then I would recommend Charlottesville but make sure they are not on SB themselves.  If this is for the summer, Virginia Beach - no doubt!
