I would also recommend Bricco (Queen Anne), Sip (downtown), and Poco Wine Room (Capital Hill). The Local Vine is great but according to their website it looks like they will be closed on July 22nd for a private event. Also, it should be noted that the Local Vine's 2nd Ave location will be closing for good at the end of July (entire building is being dismantled). The good news is they plan to open another location in Seattle by the end of the summer.
