Las Vegas is famous for its Casinos from all around the world but there are still many great things to do and see in Las Vegas other than to visit and play in Casino, especially when you are with your family.

Here I’d like to share some great places where you should go.

- World Largest Permanent Circus
- Fire Department Tour
- The Atomic Testing Museum
- Desert Fox Off-Road Hummer Tours
- Las Vegas Natural History Museum
- Conservatory and Botanical Gardens at the Bellagio
- Vegas Indoor Skydiving
- Las Vegas Cyber Speedway at the Sahara
- Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary and Orchards
- Fountains at Bellagio
- Take a Day Trip to Zion National Park
- Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
- See a Pirate battle in front of the Treasure Island Hotel

Last but not least Take a Pink Jeep Tour and explore the desert.

Have a comfortable stay in Luray VA Accommodations
Please don't miss shopping at some of the casino's, they have great shops especially The Forum Shops at Caesars and The Venetian. The Venetian has a painted fresco overhead, spacious walkways and a gondola-laden canal, and great restaurants.
Red Rock Canyon, just 15 miles west of Las Vegas, presents awe-inspiring views most wouldn't expect to see near a major metropolitan city. in contrast to the bright lights and hype of the Strip, Red Rock offers desert beauty, towering red cliffs and abundant wildlife.

Lake Mead is a great place to spend a day as well, and be sure to include a tour of Hoover Dam. It's amazing!

If you want some adventure, try Bootleg Canyon Flightlines - it's ziplining in the desert! A little pricey, but WAY fun!

If you, or anyone in your party, love critters, there's an animal sanctuary called Roos N More in Moapa, which is about 40 minutes from the Strip.
Things we did in LV and enjoyed a lot:
1. Cirque du Soleil shows, especially O
2. Free attractions such as Bellagio fountain and pirate show at TI.
3. Visit the shopping malls, especially Forum Shops (Cesar´s) and Canal Shoppes (Venetian). For serious shopping, though, head to Fashion Shopping mall or one of the outlet malls.
4. If with kids: Blue Man Group, Adventuredome, Siegfried and Roy´s minizoo.
And when you get tired of all the glitz and glam, do check out Red Rock Canyon! It´s totally worth to go for a hike there.
Holy cow! That's a loaded question. What do you enjoy?

I, for one, like to use Las Vegas as a starting point for day trips. Red Rock Canyon is probably the closest (and really scenic), Valley of Fire State Park isn't far either. Then, there's Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon is about 2.5 hours away (and the new bridge probably shortens that by now). I've also been to Death Valley (3 hours away) and Area 51 (there's nothing there but a fence, but it's the adventure!)

If you like more relaxing, do nothing kind of vacations, consider taking advantage of the many pools. Mandalay Bay is my favorite, with their wave pool and lazy river. (when it's warm enough)

I also like hitting the spas. Nothing like a Vegas massage and facial.

Plus, there are lots of "Vegas-y" things to do without worrying about casinos. Head up the Eiffel Tower, watch the Bellagio Fountains, head to Freemont Street, or "old Vegas" for street performers and the free light show.

The possibilities are endless!
