That's tough Cessy. The Ritz and the Four Seasons are always tops. But we have great boutique hotels in DC such as the Liaison Hotel in Capital Hill, Hotel Monaco, and the W.

My family loves the Mandarin Oriental. However, it's very isolated, with no access to the metro or amenities nearby. It is a beautiful hotel, though.
