any cheap but good accommodation in venice?

im planning to go to venice early july.. any ideas where i could stay that is cheap and yet good place? ensuite. preferably 3stars? and any advice on what else to do? thanks in advance guys! :)

Sorry but the word Cheap and Venice do not go together.
However you can go to this Italy forum and read about rentals and nice places and to do's in Venice.

By Venice, I mean on the island (not on the mainland, Mestre). Read this link. The OP had a budget of EUR140 max a day. Staying in the Mestre will be cheaper but the experience will be totally different (why bother?).

Personally, I think Venice is tricky and you need a lot of planning. Some people love Venice. Others hate it and think it's one big tourist trap. If you haven't already done so, please read "Top 11 Tourist Mistakes in Venice". I can assure you, I have committed plenty of them. One thing I will tell you is if you do not do your research, you will simply end up in Piazza San Marco and get engulfed by day trippers. Take you time and read the links I have provided. It is a once in a lifetime experience for most people so make sure you thoroughly enjoy it.

is this  for a client or yourself? We can  book  any  hotel in Venice .Absolutely  no problem. Nt , howvere that Venice is far from being cheap and with the  new room tax law, things  are getting a little  harder. Let us know details and we shall try .

if unable to find some...i highly recommend staying in Verona and taking the train into V.....Verona is spectacular.

I agree Verona is very nice. I also recommend to visit it. Otherwise have a look at Mestre
