Thanks, Andy. I pitched AARP about interviewing a very famous individual and so far all I'm getting is polite response. I'm hoping that someone on this list has actually written for AARP and can describe their experience with this magazine. Perhaps, it is primarily written by staff members.

I have sent them a few articles for consideration and although so far they've been all rejected, they have been courteous and timely responses. Best of luck!
