Coolest Roof Top Pools?

I'm doing an article on the very best roof top pools in the world- tips very welcome! Should not be too remote destination.

"Coolest" of course is hard to define and totally depends on the individual, but... the sparkling rooftop pool atop the NH Parque Central Hotel in Havana is IMHO hard to beat, surrounded on all sides by the magnificent Havana skyline: the towering Capitol building, the neo-Baroque splendor of the Galician and Asturian social clubs' towers, the stately palms of the Central Park right in front of the hotel... in short, there are few pools where a simple spin around will feast your eyes with such beauty and architecture.

It's not the cheapest rooftop pool in the world but the pool at the beverly Hills Peninsula hotel is a cool pool and the decor surrounding, extremely glamorous.
Second is a double lap pool that extends out over the street in Melbourne (Australia) from the Adelphi hotel - very cool indeed.

Gansevoort in the Meatpacking district
Trump Soho in Soho

In Chile --
Ritz-Carlton Santiago

Any of which are especially appealing at sunset.
