Good budget hotel in London

I am traveling to London in February 2011, and am looking for a decent budget hotel. I have heard the Imperial London hotels are a good idea. Any advice? Thanks.

I like the Jury's Inn chain myself. When in London, I book at Jury's Inn Chelsea for a good rate. It also has a very good and quiet location, close by to lots of transportation. http://londonhotels.jurysinns.com/jurysinn_chelsea

I second John's vote for Premier Inn.Theyare basic but i have always found them clean and smart. They have one located in county Hall near the London Eye. Great Location.

Alternatively you might want to chekc out the youth Hostel at St Paul's.
