Hello, Bev, Down Under in one of my favorite cities. Just saw your post on Tripatini. I know Australians travel to Morocco a fair amount (many joined me on my food tours there). Would a piece on Morocco and its food be of interest for your magazines? I was born in Casablanca, and I have written 5 cookbook on Moroccan cuisine (www.kittymorse.com), 2 of them winners of Jacob's Creek Awards.  Just thought I'd ask.

I LOVE Sydney, and the food in Oz in amazing.

Best,

Kitty
