Dear Dorothy,
A difficult question to answer at this stage... I guess it will depend upon how things pan out in Libya and whether this kind of movement will spread further.
I will try to find out a little more from a couple of my Jordanian partners. However, if you can get in touch with the Jordan Tourism Board in your country, they may be able to throw more light on the situation.

Ho Dorothy,
As of today both these countries are totally safe. Well you never know if something crops up in due course of time.
Be in touch, if you need some arrangements to be done there let me know.

Hi Dorothy,
We are based in Amman Jordan and can tell you that Jordan is safe for visiting.
Demonstration do take place in Amman and around Jordan, mostly on Fridays but been all largely peaceful so far.
I found this article online… maybe this is helpful for you!

I personally feel very safe here and just try to avoid downtown Amman on a Friday.
.
It’s actually a really good time to come because the attractions are a bit quieter.
All the best!
Dorothy,
Just saw this article on eTN pertaining to your question. Let us know how your trip goes!
